All listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Square footage, photos and amenities may be based on similar units and not always the exact unit available.

ZERO DEPOSIT PROGRAM

As an alternative to paying a traditional security deposit, we are pleased to offer this program allowing residents to lease properties with zero security deposit. Instead, residents will pay $45 monthly in addition to rent and amenity services, to avoid paying a traditional security deposit. Tenants will still be responsible for returning properties in move-in condition, and a $100 initial leasing service applies to each rental. Zero deposit program is only valid on 12 month lease terms only. Initial lease terms auto renew into new 12 month terms unless proper notice to vacate is provided. This program supports a maximum of one pet, which is an additional $35 per month for the added coverage and in lieu of the pet deposit. RENTERS INSURANCE

Johnson Property Management LLC’s rental agreement requires tenants have a Renters Insurance Policy for the protection of all parties and a policy can be included for $16 per month.

PETS & ANIMALS

If the property accepts pets, or if you have an assistance animal accommodation, we encourage a screening through Petscreening.com prior to processing an application. Additional charges for the screening of pets may apply. We follow all HUD guidelines on assistance animals.

Some rentals allow for a pet, some allow a maximum of two pets. If a pet is approved there is an additional $300 refundable deposit per pet. Cats and small dogs (25lb and under) have an additional monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Large dogs (over 25lbs) have an additional monthly pet rent of $100 per pet. ADVERTISED RATES

All advertised rates on studios and one bedrooms are listed based on single occupancy. All advertised rates on two bedrooms and above are listed based on double adult occupancy. Additional occupants incur a rate increase of $25 per adult. Each new agreement has a one time administrative Initial Leasing Service Charge of $100.00, which is non-refundable. Our rental agreements require that tenants maintain renters insurance and must include Johnson Property Management, LLC as an “additional insured” on the insurance policy.
